Senior Director, Brand & Creative Strategy - BCG
We worked closely with the Digital Ventures content team to help define the site structure and overall UX by analyzing the various target audiences, their user stories, and user journeys. By the end of the process, we had put together a full sitemap (both for the MVP and Alpha release) and a Figma prototype of UX wireframes - to test out the experience and help the content team finalise the copy.

We worked closely with the Digital Ventures content team to help define the site structure and overall UX by analyzing the various target audiences, their user stories, and user journeys. Then, we went through several sprints and leadership reviews to develop those wireframes into the MVP version of the website.
To power the UI of the website, we created custom animated illustrations and icons, and we made the experience more memorable with delightful micro-interactions and transitions. After the MVP release, we ran a few weeks of user testing and worked closely with the Digital Ventures team to define the scope for the Alpha release. We then iterated on the website and launched its current release in the summer of 2022.
