Our team is bilingual in brand and product. Strategists, brand designers, and product designers work in the same room, on the same problems, from day one. They learn from each other as the project moves, which is why the brand holds up in the interface and the product carries the brand into every interaction.
The methodology is one process – Frame, Shape, Build – applied in custom ways according to the brief. The phases stay the same on every project, but the methods inside each phase change with the work.
